Raphael (1483-1520) He is famous for being a master of form and composition. At PikCasa, form and composition are key elements to completing a competitive multimedia package combining key elements of photography and videography utilizing ground aerial capabilities.
This may be ordered with a photo package OR as an ala carte item to complement an existing listing to give it that extra boost. No jerky movements, no bounce, no whiplash, just a smooth short (3 minutes) beautiful presentation showing the key features of the home in a compelling video format that includes community attributes, drone fly-over, and video segments that helps to sell a more compelling story to prospective buyers. This service can be ordered WITH the Gold Top Performer package or can be ordered for existing listings that need that little extra boost and shows your sellers that you are going the extra mile to get their home sold. NOTE: I order to maintain strict adherence to an under 3 minute experience one or more rooms may not be shown in favor of other more engaging video segments.

1) PAYMENT: is due in FULL - PRIOR TO DELIVERY OF PHOTOGRAHY PRODUCTS.
2) COPY RIGHTS: Belong to PikCasa Photography, LLC and may be used by PikCasa Photography, LLC. The Client (Realtor or person who has paid the bill in full is granted LIMITED LICENSING RIGHTS for all marketing associated with current sale of property in accordance with local MLS rules.
3) NON-TRANSFERABLE USAGE. The Licensing Rights are granted to the agent and their MLS and NOT to any other party. Extension of your licensing rights are extended to third parties such as Zillow or Realtor.com who promote the sale of your property listing for the duration of the listing agreement. You agree not to send original photos to 3rd Parties who have not obtained their own licensing rights.
4) WEATHER: We find that overcast, drizzle and recent rain often produces better looking photos. However, if the opinion of the Photographer says it is not prudent to complete the photo shoot due to inclement weather conditions, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the job at the earliest mutual convenience.
5) DELIVERY AND REFUNDS: Photo shoots taken one day, editing begins next business day. Editing Delivery is planned for eve of 2nd business day or sooner for still images. 3 business days for Virtual Tours. If majority of the photos are unsatisfactory for whatever reason, another one-time photo shoot shall be scheduled at the next earliest convenience of the photographer.
6) CANCELLATIONS AND/OR RESCHEDULING A wide variety of functions must be performed in order to deliver photographic products, if the photographer cannot be at the scheduled appointment due to unforseen circumstances, Acts of God, or emergencies beyond their control, any funds received by PikCasa Photography, LLC will be refunded in full and the PikCasa Photography LLCĂ??, liability shall be limited to this refund.
